Deze begrijp ik niet helemaal, wat bedoel je? :P
Overigens ben ik nog niet helemaal klaar met Mandy, gewoon weer een bericht terug geslingerd :D:

Hi Mandy,
Thanks for your quick reply :)
I'm sure Novacyt does comply with all regulations, no questions asked there.
And I really did my best to find this referenced information (the company's ''share dealing code'') on the web-site and/or annual accounts. But the thing is: it's not there. And if I'm not mistaken the ''close period'', which AIM rule 21 refers to and also the admission document (indirectly) refers to through this ''share dealing code'', should be defined sómewhere and should also be clear for all the shareholders right? Or is it okay for the company to not fully disclose this?
To put it simply (and maybe rather blunt): I feel like I have the right to know what Novacyt's defined ''close period'', as stated in AIM rule 21, is. But do of course correct me if I'm wrong :).
