Ik heb vandaag nog 19000 aandelen Steinhoff bijgekocht met een klein gedeelte van de winst die ik bij Kiadis heb gehaald.

Heb er nu een slordige 59 000 met GAK 0,0474

We zullen zien wat het gaat geven. Op naar betere tijden!

I know your statement read “approximately three weeks” but a precise indication of the time frame would be very much appreciated.

Dear Maurice

As you correctly noted, the previous announcement referred to “approximately three weeks”. Each of the finance documents has different terms and conditions and as such we specifically did not refer to an exact three week period.

As usual, Steinhoff will update the market as and when there is new and appropriate information.

"As a result, and as contemplated in the July Announcement and the October Announcement, SIHNV will now take steps to commence an English law scheme of arrangement pursuant to Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 in order to obtain the consent of creditors under the SEAG CPU (the "SEAG CPU Scheme"). The purpose of the SEAG CPU Scheme is to implement the required amendments to those finance documents and to otherwise facilitate implementation of the Proposed Settlement and the associated amendments sought by the Consent Request. Whilst the SEAG CPU Scheme will take longer to complete than the initial Consent Request process, it will require a lower consent threshold (i.e. a majority in number representing at least 75% by value of the members of each class present and voting)."

Dus de schuldeisers die nu niet hebben ingestemd met de compensatie aan de benadeelde oud-aandeelhouders worden over 8 weken door de Engelse rechter gedwongen om toch daarmee in te stemmen, want de instemmingspercentages nu zijn daarvoor hoog genoeg. Snapt iemand waarom deze schuldeisers niet gewoon nu instemmen?

("SIHNV" and together with its subsidiaries, "Steinhoff"), in relation to the proposal to settle various legacy litigation and claims against Steinhoff (the "Proposed Settlement"), and the launch of a consent request to obtain the formal support of Steinhoff's financial creditors to the terms of the Proposed Settlement (the "Consent Request"), Steinhoff is pleased to announce that it has received overwhelming support from its financial creditors in respect of the Proposed Settlement.

There were very high levels of voting participation in response to the Consent Request and all creditors who voted gave their approvals, with the exception of only one institution.

Duidelijke prioriteit - beslist over de toekomst / het voortbestaan ??van de groep - uitgesteld tot eind januari!
" De afwikkeling van de erfenis juridische claims tegen Steinhoff blijft onze hoogste prioriteit en echte vooruitgang wordt geboekt. We zijn ervan overtuigd dat de voorgestelde schikking is in het belang van alle stakeholders en blijven volledig gefocust op het veiligstellen van de route in de richting van de uitvoering ervan. De juridische stappen die moeten worden genomen voor de "SEAG-faciliteit A2-crediteuren" vanwege het gebrek aan goedkeuringsniveau, moeten ertoe leiden dat het quorum wordt verlaagd van 100% naar 75% voor alle crediteureneenheden - en volgens "Deel 26 van de Companies Act 2006" tot 75% van de stemgerechtigde schuldeisers - haalbaar. Het vernieuwde tijdschema voor de noodzakelijke stap "Schuldeisers goedkeuring" voor afwikkeling.

- eind november 2020 - regeling bijeenroeping hoorzitting;

- half december 2020 - vergadering van deelnemende crediteuren; andere

- eind januari 2021 - hoorzitting over sancties en ingangsdatum van de regeling.

De onderhandelingen met de benadeelde partij lopen natuurlijk parallel - maar de noodzakelijke voorwaarde "toestemming van de schuldeisers" voor een definitieve rechtsgeldige schikkingsovereenkomst zal waarschijnlijk duren tot Edne januari. De lang lijdende aandeelhouders en benadeelden zullen deze vertraging onvermijdelijk moeten doorstaan.

De bijbetaling die VEB met DeLoitte heeft onderhandeld, kan een geruststellende werking hebben
Zoals gemeld op 29 oktober 2020: VEB maakte in een persbericht bekend dat ook de juridische stappen tegen de accountants, die destijds de fraude van het oude management niet ontdekten, maar gretig controleerden op de valse balansen, zouden worden stopgezet. Een procedure die in juni 2018 door VEB is gestart tegen DeLoitte Nederland voor aandeelhouders die voor 7 december 2017 aandelen Steinhoff Holdings NV hadden verworven, komt tot een einde - door middel van een schikking. De juridische mist trekt steeds meer op rond de "oude Steinhoff"

Als het enige dat nu ontbreekt voor de global settlement een uitspraak is van een Engelse rechter, denk ik niet dat de koers veel meer gaat doen dan nu.
