With an increase of 9.6% , growth in temporary employment reached its highest level in October since the 2nd quarter of 2011.
All sectors are on the upside, including construction, leaving a continuous decline for more than 4 years.
However, the decline recorded in construction since the beginning of 2015 remains significant: the construction of temporary workers now stand 25% below the level prior to the crisis in the sector.
In the first 10 months of 2015, temporary employment, down from the fourth quarter of 2011, growing by 3.8%. This growth remains relatively modest, but is accelerating, which is an encouraging employment.
All sectors are growing
Temporary employment rose in all sectors: trade (12.5%), transport (11.2%), industry (10.2%), services (9.0%) and construction (+ 4.9%).
All qualifications up
Temporary employment grows among employees (13.4%), middle managers and professionals (10.7%), unskilled workers (8.9%) and skilled workers (8.1 %).
All regions up
Temporary staff is growing most strongly in Franche-Comté (20.4%), the Nord-Pas-de-Calais (14.7%) and Pays-de-la-Loire (14.6%) .
