Hi VNWI ,

I’m a Dutch investor in vnwi shares and have a question about the company.

What do you mean with : alternative procedures set forth in Sections 280 and 281(a) of the Delaware General Corporation Law ?

If the ipo-litogation takes a long time , isn't it a good idea to give us shareholders an alternative ?

Is this a possibility ?

Mrs. VlaFlip,

The board of the company has studied both alternatives and is following the scheme set out in the statute for a dissolution of the company. We are frustrated as well, and have explored a variety of alternatives, none of which have led to any productive result. Keep tuned.

Tja, van deadlines hebben ze nog nooit gehoord daar in het Amerikaanse rechtssysteem. Een zaak, dat al 8 jaar speelt. Het blijft echt ongelooflijk.
