Eco Ventures Group, Inc. (OTC:EVGI) Crossed the 50-Day MA, Signals Trend Reversal

Eco Ventures Group, Inc. (OTC:EVGI, EVGI message board) stock price has been running down the chart for a long time now which does not make sense for a company that claims to be just about to start generating first revenues under a bio fuel production and sale contract. The last several sessions have shown that a reversal might happen.
Yesterday, EVGI crossed the 50-day moving average which is considered to be a very strong bullish signal, especially given the stock traded below the MA since the end of August last year.

The session closed slightly below that level then at $0.062 for a share, which is a 15% increase from the previous close. Trading volume amounted over 1 million traded shares in a day.

On Feb. 8, Eco Ventures announced in a press release an update on its Blanket Purchase Order from Agri Liquid Products. According to the press release, the purchase order is for the entire initial EVGI 3.6 million gallon per year bio fuel production. Further, EVGI should start producing by the start of April this year and the purchase contract has a market value of $12 million.

As opposed to those high revenues that the company claims to expect, investors do not actually believe that the proceeds could be that huge. EVGI stock has been valued now at $4.8 million, suggesting that either the market has not yet recognized its higher value, or there is something wrong with the company's announcements.

As of end-November last year, EVGI reported total assets for $779,000, $4,000 in cash and $766,000 worth of property plant and equipment. As of the same date, EVGI has accumulated $814,000 in current liabilities.

. Finally I dont see any newsletters pumping this. In fact on 'The Hot Penny Stock' website that I like to use for my charts, they have a 'Stock Chat' section right next to the chart, and in the last week since this little mini-run has started not too many flippers are in on this one....I think the pps a little high for some. Also even the IHUB EVGI Board has a relatively small number of posters posting and not even in the top 50 most Read. I think a break of a dime would change this in a hurry:

Volume is best goed bij SPAH. Het is duidelijk dat het bedrijf aan het diluten is, maar dat houdt een keer op hihi

Mooie weekly chart van EVGI. Lijkt erg op die van ATRN alleen wat minder steil. EVGI beweegt waarschijnlijk sneller dan ATRN. Positief is dat ze een purchase order van 12miljoen ontvangen hebben en productie zal snel opgestart worden.

Hi Waterman, Hier de link waar je onze "vriend" Wowza kan vinden.
Zoals Doniss al zei, is een echte pumper, daar moet je beetje doorheen lezen.
Maar zijn picks zijn wel heel goed. Er zijn een hoop mensen die hem volgen en heeft een aardig trackrecord. Alleen daarom stappen er veel mensen in als ie met een nieuwe komt en daardoor kan er snel meer volume komen.

EVGI - Continues To Head Higher

For those of you who read my blog post on EVGI several weeks ago, you know I was keen on a recovery in share price back then. This is what the chart looked like when I wrote that post: (Click here for that post)

Today the stock closed at $.10. A great move. In my first post on this stock I saw $.08 as being the point of resistance. That meant, at the time, that I was looking for an over 100% move for EVGI. So far its out done that going up now some 150+% from those levels. Once again congratulations to those who took a chance on this bottom stock in the hopes it would bounce. It doesn't always work out to the tune of 150%+, but it did and for that we are happy.

Looking ahead he stock needs to break $.12 and hold above that figure. I think that could be a tough one to break at first, but if it does we could see $.20-.25 in the very near term.
