Global engineering firm new occupier at CONNECT110NS
Glasgow, 12 October 2015 - WSP/Parsons Brinkerhoff, the global engineering professional services consulting firm has become the latest occupier to sign up to CONNECT110NS, a £70 million Grade-A development in Glasgow’s Queen Street, spearheaded by BAM Properties.
Following a merger between WSP and Parsons Brinkerhoff the company is to let 10,544 sq ft of office accommodation on the seventh floor bringing together staff from two existing offices at Seaward Place and Nelson Mandela Place in Glasgow. The company, which has signed a ten year lease, will relocate its team to the seventh floor which it will occupy along with Brodies who have also leased the sixth floor.

Additional office space occupiers include Deloitte LLP and Grant Thornton UK LLP, who will be the first to move into the building later this month. The first, second, third and fourth floors totalling 74,288 sq ft remain available for lease within the nine storey building. Armani was recently announced the first retail tenant leasing 6,300 sq ft space and CAU, Carne Argentina Unica, is set to open its first restaurant in Scotland leasing 6,300 sq ft and a further 1,400 sq ft mezzanine. Two retail units, 5,008 sq ft and 5,080 sq ft remain for let.
