Ik dacht, ben vergeten om werknemersatisfactie te controleren via Glassdoors, iets wat ik voor mijn grotere posities altijd doe. Nu gedaan.
Vooraf: het is wel moeilijk om te selecteren want het zijn vaak de slechte reviews die opvallen. Maar met ervaring wordt het inzichtelijker.
Wat ik niet kan toevoegen is de grafiek met de trends van werknemerwaarderingen. Die waren heel goed tot medio 2018, daarna 20% omlaag (tot goed) en nog geen verbetering. Dit is uiteraard te verwachten vanwege mensen die moeten vertrekken nav. overname.

Money If you’re desperate for a job or want this badge of pain on your resume then go for it. Short horizon advised.
Cons
Over the top stress Minuscule appreciation unless you are one of the bros. Leadership from France is not your US leaders and will have the arrogance they’re known for world wide. Horrific work environment and culture. Look at who has left in last 2 years. Telling?
Advice to Management
Wouldn’t matter. Thought the Aussies set the bar for bad hats! Wrong. This is a French Company that overpaid by Billions for Westfield. ( should have looked at the books mon frere) Live with that for a few years.

Everything besides what is stated above. Extremely bureaucratic. No trust. The French Leadership do not acknowledge your existence besides our President who is fair. No understanding of the US workplace nor care. Too process oriented. The culture is beyond toxic.... when the former Westfield staff state they miss Westfield, there’s a problem and it’s called Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. If u want to be overworked, unappreciated, feel like big brother is watching you and like to be demotivated then, come work here. Otherwise, run. I am going to and they are going to lose a lot of great people due to their inability to treat people with respect or decency. They have done nothing but lie to everyone in our organization. URW is a sinking ship if it doesn’t change and I would not recommend to anyone. Starbucks would bring you more happiness than here. Seriously. I hate that I despise the company I once loved. And you hear that way more often in our office than you should.
Advice to Management
Learn how to treat your employees. Your employee morale is crap and it’s very simple to encourage your staff but doesn’t seem like you care.
