Grant of Options / PDMR dealing
Sopheon announces that the Company has granted options over 85,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Options") to certain senior employees of the Company including two directors. Of the directors, Andrew Michuda, CEO and Arif Karimjee, CFO have been granted 30,000 and 8,000 Options respectively, and including this grant, the total number of Options held by each is 320,000 and 85,500 Options respectively.
The Options granted will vest over 3 years, and are exercisable up to 10 years from the date of grant. The exercise price of the Options is 775 pence per share, being the mid-market closing price on AIM on 10 July 2020 the last business day prior to the grant.
