The expectation of a non-material fine from a misdemeanor procedure in 2020/2021 - which is also mentioned in the communication - we had already proactively communicated in August 2022 as part of our half-year financial report.

Op 17 feb verstrekt Bafin een aanwijzing, plaatst FDG onder curatele (of is dat woord te zwaar), wijst een adviseur toe, geeft een boete en de aandeelhouders wachten tot vandaag een beleggersplatform een posting doet. Op 3 december stortte het aandeel nog ter aarde met een val van 35% op soortgelijk nieuws. Niet blij met de communicatie bij FDG. Ze moeten beter weten...maar misschien is dat juist het probleem.

Qua die datum van 17 februari veronderstel ik dat flatex dat wilde communiceren nu maandag 27/02 samen met de cijfers. Het is dan plots in een financieel dagblad verschenen. Een lek?

Nog dezelfde dag reageert flatex. Dat is niet evident: zo'n tekst moet kloppen als een bus.

Ik twijfelde net of ik mijn bericht moest intrekken. Omdat FDG idd wel heeft gecommuniceerd op 3 dec. Maar dat is voor een beleggersplatform ook zwaar noodzakelijk wil je vertrouwen genieten.
