Waarde Jom, vergeet niet de bijna toezegging van de directeur, toen hij niet hoefde te delisten vorige week, dat hij binnen de 180 dagen de koers boven de $1 zou jagen. Hieruit concludeer ik, dat China al heel ver gevorderd is.

De aandeelhouders waren toch benaderd voor een reverse split? Dan wordt ook voldaan aan de listing-voorwaarden.

Mr. Roger Gale, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer said, "We are grateful that the Amex Panel understood the importance of the coming months and has allowed us additional time to regain compliance with the Amex's listing standards. The Joint Venture also obtained a Chinese Certificate of GMP for Pharmaceutical Products, issued in its name, which must be renewed by June 18, 2006 following the renovations.

The Joint Venture assets include a 2,100-m(2) GMP manufacturing facility located on a 24,000-m(2) site that also contains additional office and warehouse buildings. The Joint Venture acquired these facilities as part of an asset acquisition from Beijing Yaohua Bio-Technology Ltd. The acquisition also includes the rights to 17 diagnostic test products approved by the SFDA, including a rapid HIV-1/2 blood test and other diagnostic tests including various sexually transmitted diseases ("STDs").

Roger I. Gale, Calypte's Chairman and CEO, stated, "We view this acquisition as a crucial milestone in our global strategy. We have completed clinical trials and submitted our application of the Aware(TM) HIV-1/2 rapid oral fluid (OMT) diagnostic test for approval by the SFDA. We are now well on our way to having the facilities and manufacturing licenses we need to deliver substantive sales in China."

Waarde MAD Willem, Calypte (HIV) maakt tests om snel via urine of bloed te zien of iemand aids heeft. Alle tests tot nu toe hebben 98-100% resultaat. Het is een over the counter test, dus je kan ze bij de drogist kopen, terwijl de huidige tests in het ziekenhuis of huisarts afgenomen moet worden.
Kortom, ideaal voor de derde wereld (= ook China).

Ik heb nu 30K voor weinig. Ik verwacht, dat als China OK is (ze hebben net een fabriek gekocht, dus dat zal wel), dat hij snel tussen de 1 en 2 dollar zal zitten. Als het WHO het ook nog gaat gebruikn, zitten we eind volgend jaar op de $10

Op dit forum hebben Fox, vlielander en nog iemand en ik aandelen. Visionaire beleggers.
