(NASDAQ: INSM) shares have spiked up after the U.S. Supreme Court reversed a federal court decision that threw out a MedImmune Inc. lawsuit challenging the validity of a key Genentech Inc. patent. In December, a jury found that Insmed infringed on patents used in its Increlex drug, and ordered damages of $7.5 million plus 15 percent of royalties in the case of Genentech & Tercica v. Insmed. By the looks of todayâ€™s action, investors are speculating that the judgment reached might not be the final word heard in the case.

Je mag er nu toch vanuit gaan dat we richting 16 februari nog flink gaan stijgen puur alleen al op speculatie.

was beetje minder blij met 1 dollar ivm delisitng notice, stelt niets voor maar creeert altijd negatief sentiment

mooiste nu zou vervroeg EU nieuws zijn 21-24januari

mochten we de twee weer gaan opzoeken wordt de verleiding om te verkopen wel heel groot , de laaste keer gewoon blijven zitten ..moet je toch leering uit trekken ..maar als er geen injuction wordt uitgesproken moet je weer hoger instappen ..pfff moeilijke materie

INSM is minder als 30 trading days onder de $1 gebleven volgens mij dus geen delisting notice. Of heb ik iets gemist?

en 21-24jan, nog steeds waarschijnlijk de 180 day dealine EU timeframe, alhoewel geen bevestiging leidt ik dat af van bevestiging orphan door comission bij trca in mei, dus klok per juni en dec 14e nieuws... en bij insm in juni, klok per juli etc..
