de licentie is afgesloten voor 15 jaar om accoya te mogen verkopen. Daarna moet er weer over worden onderhandeld.
Vervolgens is er ook een afspraak om 25 jaar lang fabrieken te mogen bouwen.
In mijn ogen mogen die dus ook voor andere producenten worden gebouwd echter een licentie moet bij accsys tech worden gehaald.

wordt wel een interessante constructie zo.
Wat het is volgens mij zo geregeld dat ze de licentie rechten hebben voor het verkoop van accoya x euro per vierkante meter . maar ook het alles er om heen. zoals patent op productie proces zoals onderander bijvoorbeeld de cycletime van het hout. dit proces valt weer onder een ander patent toch, dat ook in bezit van accsys is.

of zit ik er nu naast?

het positieve nieuws is dat we de week hoger uitgegaan zijn als ingegaan.
dan kan niet van veel aandelen gezegd worden. Verder blijft het wachten op echt nieuws.

als je kijkt naar de koers een jaar geleden dan staat het aandeel nog steeds meer al 50 procent hoger. Ongeloofelijk!! echter ben ik een van die mensen die hem helaas niet op dat moment was ingestapt

ik heb nog even wat gezocht naar DW
kon niet veel informatie vinden over de beursgang op bursa
maar alleen op de rtl site stond dit artikel en een kleinstukje over diamond wood we weten hoe het is afgelopen met Al Rajhi.

Eerste Accoya lichtmasten in Nederland geplaatst

In Dreumel zijn op vrijdag 16 november de eerste Accoya lichtmasten geplaatst. De masten zijn
gemaakt door Houtindustrie Buitenpost en ontworpen door Buro van der Goes in Hilversum.
Waar standaard lichtmasten een levensduur hebben van 15 tot 20 jaar, kunnen deze houten
exemplaren zeker 50 jaar dienst doen.
Voor de lichtmasten is Accoya gebruikt met dezelfde sterkte-specificatie als de
verkeersbruggen die in 2008 en 2009 over de snelweg A7 in Sneek zijn geplaatst. Omdat de
vormgeving veel weg heeft van de mast van een boot, werd samen met een Friese
mastenmaker voor zeilboten de juiste lijmsoort bepaald om de lichtmasten te verlijmen.
Na verlijming in de lengte en de dikte zijn de overtollige lijmresten in de timmerfabriek in
Buitenpost verwijderd en zijn de masten afgewerkt met een transparante, niet-filmvormende
coating. De lichtmasten zijn met een mastkoker met een lengte van 1 meter vastgeklemd en op
de fundatie geplaatst.

Ondanks de zwakke management communicatie en daarbij behorende ondoorzichtigheid is wel duidelijk dat dit aandeel absoluut potentie heeft. Het product is goed en kent langzamerhand steeds meer toepassingen. Ondanks dat het chemisch behandeld hout is, wordt het toch als duurzamer bestempeld dan staal, kwalitatief minstens zo goed mits juist toegepast. Ik verwacht hier over 5 jaar toch echt wel een behoorlijke stijging in aandeelwaarde.

A restoration and conservation project in County Cork has won The Irish Georgian Society Conservation Awards Winner 2012.

The awards recognise Ireland’s building heritage and celebrate the conservation and restoration work that has breathed life into many architecturally significant buildings.

Fota House is a 19th century property with extensive gardens, located on the outskirts of the city of Cork, which had been abandoned almost 40 years ago and had deteriorated to virtual ruin. A number of properties of Accoya make it an ideal sustainable alternative to tropical hardwood and the perfect material for the renovation of the glasshouses. It is renowned for its durability which is guaranteed for 50 years above ground, and its dimensional stability which enabled new splices to be fitted without the risk of differential movement making the joint lines visible through the paint. As well as being aesthetically pleasing, the use of Accoya also simplified and sped up the process of repairing old timbers as it avoided the need for other added preservation treatments.

Mooi bericht. Overigens breidt het aantal bedrijven dat ramen en deuren maakt van accoya hout zich stormachtig uit.groot voordeel de vergroening past precies in het straatje.

hoort eigenlijk thuis in het draadje olievlek. Het is ook nieuws. hoewel het mij niet verbaasd. Het is een buitengewoon goed produkt, en niet alleen in renovatie.

wat mij verbaasd is dat na de grote hoeveelheden aandelen die er enkele weken geleden verhandeld zijn er geen meldingen gekomen zijn van grote aandeelhouders dat zij hun belang substantieel hebben verkleind.
eigenlijk wel goed nieuws.

Waarom heb je aangenomen dat groot aandeelhouders hun belangen hebben verkleind? Er zijn aandelen uitgeven voor de JV.Mogelijk bedoel je die.

ik ben er vanuit gegaan dat de aandelen die Ineos kocht niet via de Beurs zijn gegaan. Dus moeten de aandelen die op dat moment wel over de beurs gingen ergens anders vandaan zijn gekomen.
