Maakt mij niets uit. Accsys heeft vandaag op 15,50 eurocent gestaan. Binnenkort staat hij op 17 eurocent. En als er dan eens goed nieuws komt gaat het naar de 25 eurocent.

Ik hoop allebei want ik zit tot mn nek in beide fondsen, inmiddels vandaag wat ect-tjes afgebouwd op 11 en 12 cent maar als er 12 cent staat, kan er ook 18 cent staan in eurocastle.

ik denk dat 15 cent voor accsys wel even een niveautje kan zijn, is tenslotte het bedrag waarvoor veel mensen destijds bijkochten uit de emissie en die zullen misschien denken: blij dat ik er tegen gelijkgeld weer af kan. Daarbij heb ik nog geen redenen langs zien komen voor een verdubbeling van het aandeel sinds begin december anders dan he kopen van de losers van 2011

Octoplus lijkt me geen opvallend aandeel, in 2011 ging het beter maar ze hebben nauwelijks een product en moeten het hebben van samenwerking en kostenbesparing. Aan de koersdaling is een eind gekomen maar dat mag ook wel een keer. Winst zal er ook dit jaar denk ik niet inzitten.

Als volger van Accsys en haar omgeving is mijn aandacht gevallen op het volgende. Voor sommigen wellicht oud nieuws, maar misschien intressant om eens van gedachten over te wisselen. Het geeft weer eens aan dat er toekomst zit in de producten van Accsys.

In het jaarverslag lees je veelbelovende vooruitzichten.
"We currently have several projects in the innovation pipline, over half of which are sustainbly-advantaged. Many are still in the early stage, but one we announced earlier thiss year is our investment in the contstruction of a market launch facility in Kingsport, Tennessee, to produce acetylated wood. This Product, at its most basic, is real wood that has been chemically modifeid, permanently changing its structure to give longlasting improved performance. Acetylated wood can be used in virually any building and construction application. Wiht an adrdressable market of greater dan $2 billion, we believe consumers will prefer this value-added product.

As the world's largest manufacture of acetic anhydride, the key raw material for wood acetylation, Eastman is the natural owner for this project. Our Kingsport market launch facility which is currently under construction, will allow us enough product to test the marketplace, beginning in the spring of 2012.

Hoe ver zou dit bedrijf inmiddels zijn met de ontwikkeling van Acetylated Wood? Voorjaar 2012 fabriek klaar.. dat is bijna..

Karelkees, hierover is in de laatste week van mei 2011 al het e.e.a. gezegd in dit forum. Eastman Chemical Company is klaarblijkelijk een concurrent van Accsys, ze hebben hun eigen procede voor houtverduurzaming, aldus enkele posts op dit forum, zie www.iex.nl/Forum/Topic/1235782/59/Nu-...

Overigens zie ik het niet alleen als concurrent: het helpt juist om o.a. Accoya® bekender te maken. Hierdoor wordt het wellicht ook als serieuzer product gezien, want Accsys is niet meer de enige.

Ik heb 'm even afgebroken (je moet dus het verbindingstreepje ertussen uit halen) dan gaat het hopelijk wel goed.
Je hebt gelijk dat deze concurrentie goed uit kan pakken vwb bekendheid van verduurzaamd hout in zijn algemeenheid en dus in de "grotere" concurrentie met onbehandeld hout.
De winstmarges komen echter (uitgaande dat sprake is van echte concurrentie) wel lager te liggen en dat is dan voor ons als aandeelhouders weer minder gunstig.

Vandaag nagenoeg geen handel in UK. Hoe kan dit als je dit vergelijkt met de handel van de afgelopen dagen? Stilte voor de storm?

Wel wordt er maar een relatief lage omzet gemaakt (in € / £) om de koers te laten stijgen. Maar het is wel een teken dat er partijen zijn die ze op korte termijn voor 0,8 0,9.. & meer wilden hebben. Als er helemaal géén ontwikkeling aan ten grondslag ligt zou 'men' langer wachten en gestaag op 0,8 / 0,9 kopen.. storm? Orkaan - en wij zitten er midden in.. :)
