De koers is de laatste tijd steeds geleidelijk gestegen. In de loop van deze dag komt een stijging van 7% van ASMPT binnen. Iedereen is goed geluimd en tegen het einde van de dag wil iedereen ASMI hebben om de boot niet te missen. Dus wordt er toch nog maar gekocht na 16.00 uur.

@ Junior89,

waarom koop je aandelen op basis van je persoonlijke verwachting ?
Je had ook met feiten, branchevergelijkingen, en technische analyse kunnen komen.

In plaats daarvan lezen we nu alleen dat je gelooft en dat je verwacht ..
Beetje te zweverig naar mijn mening. En belabberd onderbouwd. (niet onderbouwd)

Los daarvan hopen we op dit forumdraadje allemaal op goed nieuws.
Maar hoop alleen is voor ons geen reden om te traden.

Vorige jaren was het EUR 0.50 dus ik verwacht minimaal dat en hoop op meer.
Heb geen verwachtingen gezien eigenlijk.

Shareholders adopted ASM International’s financial statements and determined the dividend over the financial year 2013 at €0.50 per common share. For dividend paid out on US shares an USD/EUR exchange rate of 1.3676 is applicable.

Ex-dividend date: May 23, 2014
Record date: May 27, 2014
Payment date: June 6, 2014
During 2013, ASMI paid a dividend of EUR 0.50 per share which was equal to the dividend we paid in 2012.

In addition ASMI submitted in 2013 a proposal to the Annual General Meeting of shareholders to make an extraordinary capital distribution of €4.25 per share, subsequent to our beneficial state of our 12% share of state in ASMPT. This proposal was accepted; the payment date was set at July 31, 2013.

Het dividend is al jaren rond de €0,50 (uitgezonderd het superdividend). Ik dacht dat je signalen had dat ASMI van plan was het dividend substantieel te verhogen.

Nope geen signalen alleen de hoop dat ze gaan verhogen!
Als ze verhogen kan dat nog een extra zetje geven ;)

Naast een inkoopprogramma van eigen aandelen is een hoger dividend natuurlijk een mooie manier om als bedrijf iets met je geld te doen. Een inkoopprogramma loopt al..!

Met een beetje goede cijfers zit het aandeel zo op € 46,00
Daarbij ligt de hele sector er booming bij.

Ik dacht dat de cijfers op woensdag 4 maart gepresenteerd zouden worden.
Het is anders wel wereldvreemd om daar nachtwerk van te maken..!!

- Net sales for the fourth quarter 2014 increased with 2% compared to the third quarter. Year-on-year net sales decreased with 2%.

- New orders at EUR154 million were slightly above our guidance of a EUR130-150 million range.

- Normalized net earnings for the fourth quarter 2014 decreased compared to the third quarter, mainly due to a lower result from investments which includes a provision for a tax settlement of ASMPT in Hong Kong for the period 2001-2010 with an impact of EUR9 million, and less positive currency effects on cash we hold in foreign currencies (especially US$). Compared to the same quarter last year, besides the effect of higher results from investments and currencies, the improvement was mainly due to higher sales in combination with effects of changes in our manufacturing operations and supply chain.

1) Following the close of the sale on March 15, 2013 of a 12% share in ASMPT, the entity in which the Back-end segment is organized, ASMI's shareholding is reduced to 40%. As a consequence, as from March 15, 2013 the results of ASMPT are deconsolidated. From that date onwards the net result of ASMPT is reported on the line 'result from investments'. In 2013 a purchase price allocation took place, which was finalized in the fourth quarter, resulting in the recognition and subsequent amortization of certain intangible assets.

SHARE BUYBACK PROGRAM

On October 29, 2014, ASMI announced a share buyback program, to purchase up to an amount of EUR100 million of its own shares within the 2014-2015 time frame. The repurchase program is part of ASMI's commitment to use excess cash for the benefit of its shareholders.

ASMI intends to use part of the shares for commitments under employee share-based compensation schemes.

The buyback program is executed by intermediaries through on-exchange purchases or through off-exchange trades. The program started on November 24, 2014, and will end on completion of the program but ultimately on November 20, 2015.

The maximum number of shares to be repurchased on any given day will not exceed 25% of the average daily trading volume on the regulated market on which purchases are made, calculated over the last 20 trading days before the date of repurchase. The program does not include the repurchase of ASMI's New York Registry Share program. On March 3, 2015 of the total program 47% has been repurchased of which 32% was repurchased in Q4 2014.

2014 ANNUAL REPORTS

On April 9, 2015 ASMI will publish its 2014 Annual Report on Form 20-F and Statutory Annual Report. The reports will be published on our website at www.asm.com.

Analist Peter Olofsen van Kepler Cheuvreux rekent op een omzetgroei in het vierde kwartaal van 5 procent en een orderinstroom van 145 miljoen euro. Een eventuele tegenvallende vraag bij foundry werd volgens de analist gecompenseerd door een sterke vraag naar DRAM. JPMorgan Cazenove voorziet zelfs een omzetgroei van bijna 7 procent met een orderinstroom van 147 miljoen euro.
