Kardan NV is exploring a sale of its waste-water management unit, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
The company is seeking approximately $150 million for Tahal Group International, said the people, asking not to be identified because the plans aren’t public.
Kardan, based in Amsterdam and with offices in Israel, didn’t immediately comment, while Tahal declined to comment.
Founded in 1952, Tahal develops sustainable infrastructure projects in developing countries and employs about 1,000 people, according to its website. The company won projects totaling $35 million in Russia and Romania earlier this month.
